Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Junior Chatbot Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. As part of Twixor, you will be responsible for designing and implementing chatbots that enhance customer experiences over multiple messaging platforms. This is a full-time position, offering an exciting opportunity to work within a forward-thinking company dedicated to digital transformation.
- Qualifications and SkillsProficiency in Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, and Botpress (Mandatory skill).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) to develop advanced conversational interfaces.
- Experience with TensorFlow to create and train machine learning models that aid in chatbot functionalities.
- Competence in AWS Lambda for developing serverless applications responding to various events.
- Ability to perform API integration for seamless communication between different systems and services.
- Problem-solving skills with a keen ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize solutions.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies for effective project management and delivery.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain chatbots using tools such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, and Botpress.
- Integrate chatbots with various messaging channels to enable intuitive customer interactions.
- Implement NLP techniques to create responsive and contextually aware conversational agents.
- Collaborate with data scientists to use machine learning models that enhance chatbot capabilities.
- Ensure seamless API integrations to connect chatbots with backend systems and external services.
- Analyze user interactions to improve the chatbot's performance and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with design teams to create user-friendly interfaces that align with business goals.
- Continuously monitor and refine chatbot functionalities to adapt to changing customer needs and technological advancements.
