Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Chatbot Developer to join our team in Chennai. This full-time role requires 1 to 3 years of experience and involves designing, developing, and deploying chatbots using cutting-edge technology. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of chatbot frameworks and demonstrate the ability to integrate APIs effectively. Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Dialogflow (Mandatory skill) to design intuitive and responsive conversational agents.
• Experience with Microsoft Bot Framework (Mandatory skill) for building and maintaining AI-driven chatbots.
• Proven track record as a Chatbot Developer (Mandatory skill) with expertise in leveraging advanced NLP techniques.
• Solid experience in building chatbots using common platforms, as indicated by your familiarity with these tools (Mandatory skill).
• Strong Python programming skills for developing and debugging chatbot applications.
• Expertise in chatbot design to craft efficient conversational flows and user-friendly interfaces.
• Competency in API integration to ensure seamless connectivity with various platforms and services.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen eye for detail.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop conversational workflows to facilitate effective and engaging user interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chatbots with existing systems and platforms.
• Implement and customize chatbot solutions using Dialogflow and Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Debug and resolve technical issues related to chatbot functionality and performance.

• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in chatbot development and AI.
