Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Chatbot Developer to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience and be well-versed in Dialogflow, API Integration, and chatbot development. You will work full-time, contributing to the development of intelligent chatbots that enhance customer interaction experiences. This role is crucial in implementing cutting-edge NLP solutions and ensuring seamless integrations to meet diverse client needs.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in Dialogflow for developing conversational AI applications (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in API Integration to connect various services and applications (Mandatory skill).
  • Practical experience as a Chatbot Developer with demonstrated projects (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing techniques to enhance chatbot capabilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Bot Framework for building and deploying intelligent bots.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex software development tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement chatbot solutions that improve customer experience across messaging channels.
  • Integrate bot functionalities with different APIs to enhance service offerings and data utilization.
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to create user-friendly conversational interfaces.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth deployment and operation of chatbots.
  • Continuously improve chatbot functionality by incorporating client feedback and technological advances.
  • Maintain documentation and provide technical support for deployed bots to ensure optimal performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to develop innovative and competitive chatbot solutions.
  • Participate in agile development cycles, contributing to continual improvement processes.
