Qualifications and Skills

• Experience as a Chatbot Developer with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience
• Proficiency in Chatbot Designer tools and techniques
• Familiarity with Chatbot Solutions and conversational AI concepts
• Knowledge of Microsoft Framework Bot and IBM Watson Bot
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement chatbot solutions for various messaging channels
• Design and modify chatbot responses to improve user experience
• Utilize Microsoft Framework Bot and IBM Watson Bot for chatbot development
• Create conversational AI experiences for hyper-personalization and seamless customer interactions
