Expereince and Skills
- 1-6 years of experience in designing and developing chatbots
- Proficiency in AI technologies, NLP, and chatbot development frameworks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Experience with messaging channels like WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Telegram
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop chatbot solutions for business transactions over messaging channels
- Orchestrate digital customer journeys with intelligent business process automation
- Implement menu-driven flows for customer service selection and intent-driven communications via AI and NLP engines
- Enhance user experience with dynamic rich cards and hyper-personalization features
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless transfer between chatbots and live agents
