Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chabot Developer/Designer to join our dynamic team at Twixor. As a Chabot Developer/Designer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining conversational AI solutions that enhance customer engagement and automate business processes. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The role is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and is a full-time position.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and designing chatbot applications, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Solid understanding of conversational AI platforms such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or IBM Watson Assistant.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Node.js.
  • Experience with natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language processing (NLP) technologies.
  • Familiarity with messaging channels and APIs, including WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Telegram.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Design and develop chatbot applications using industry-leading conversational AI platforms.
  • Create conversational flows and dialogue models to drive effective customer interactions.
  • Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language processing (NLP) capabilities to interpret user inputs.
  • Integrate chatbot solutions with messaging channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Telegram.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to create seamless customer experiences.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs related to chatbot functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in chatbot development and AI technologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our chatbot platform and development processes.
