Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Business Analyst to join our Mumbai team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on enabling seamless digital customer engagements. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and redefine business transactions across various messaging platforms. With a maximum of 6 years of work experience, you’ll be pivotal in optimizing processes for our diverse clientele.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in requirement gathering and a profound understanding of business needs and translating them into actionable insights. (Mandatory skill)
  • Expertise as a business analyst within the banking, financial services, (Housing Loan, Personal Loan, Gold Loan, account etc., and insurance (BFSI) industry, showcasing a track record of successful projects. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong process mapping skills to visualize and enhance workflows for better efficiency.
  • Problem-solving prowess to address challenges with innovative and practical solutions.
  • Critical thinking skills to analyze complex issues and develop strategic plans for improvement.
  • Proficiency in documentation for creating clear, concise, and comprehensive requirements and reports.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills to engage with clients and teams effectively, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Experience in BFSI as a Business analyst with insights into market trends and customer preferences. (Mandatory skill)


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital transformation projects.
  • Create detailed process maps and workflow diagrams to optimize and automate business processes.
  • Conduct extensive market research to understand industry trends and customer preferences, feeding insights into product development.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and operations, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Identify areas for improvement, propose solutions, and implement changes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a liaison between the development team and business stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and understanding.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all project initiatives.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to leadership, highlighting key achievements and potential risks.
