Job Overview


We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team at Twixor. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

  • 4 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in cross-functional partnerships and stakeholder management
  • Solid market knowledge and understanding of industry trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience in proposal writing and reporting metrics
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Analyze business processes and requirements, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business needs
  • Design and develop functional specifications, use cases, and user stories
  • Perform data analysis and interpretation to drive business insights
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including process flows and system diagrams
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings and facilitate communication between business units
  • Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems and processes
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions
  • Provide training and support to end-users
  • Post securing the order, takeover all customer tech interaction from point of view of meeting all intended solution commitments and objective.
  • Acquire knowledge and co-opt modern day technologies (AI, ML, BOT, RPA, etc)
