Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Backend Developer to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This full-time position requires 4 to 6 years of experience in backend development and a strong mastery in Java and database management. You will be instrumental in driving innovative solutions, supporting our mission to revolutionize customer engagement over messaging channels.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Java and Core Java (Mandatory skill) with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Proven expertise in Database DB (Mandatory skill) management and optimization to support large-scale applications.
• Experience with Version Control Systems such as Git, ensuring efficient team collaboration and code management.
• In-depth knowledge of implementing Security Best Practices to ensure application and data protection.
• Understanding of Microservices Architecture to build scalable and maintainable server-side applications.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL, with the ability to design and optimize relational databases for performance.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to debug and enhance system performance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain backend components and services for our digital engagement solutions.
