Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Recruiter with a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in technical recruitment and a strong understanding of various IT roles, including software engineers, network specialists, cloud architects, data scientists, and more. As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth candidate experience, and building lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.


Senior Technical Recruiter - IT Recruitment | Hyderabad (WFO) - 5 Days | 3-5 Years |


This is a critical role and prefer applicant who can join us ASAP.


Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and hiring for technical positions across the organization.

Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage highly skilled IT professionals.

Candidate Screening: Conduct in-depth screenings to assess technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and career goals.

Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.

Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates, including passive candidates, for current and future technical roles.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, coordinate technical assessments, and ensure timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders.

Offer Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation, benefits discussion, and closing candidates.

Market Research: Stay updated on IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment Metrics: Track key metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and candidate satisfaction to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to strengthen the company's employer brand through online presence, job fairs, and networking events.


Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment, preferably in an in-house recruiting role or hardcore agency.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, including software development, systems administration, cloud computing, cybersecurity, DevOps, and data analytics.

Sourcing Expertise: Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates using various tools such as LinkedIn, Hirist, iimjobs, Boolean search, and ATS platforms.

Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional relationship-building skills, including the ability to build trust and rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure top talent in competitive markets. Data-Driven Approach: Ability to use recruitment metrics and data to make informed decisions and refine hiring processes.


Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: Relevant certifications like AIRS (Advanced Internet Recruiting Strategies), LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter, Naukri Maestro Certified, Hirist Certified, or SHRM-CP.

Experience in Different Hiring Models: Exposure to contingent, contract, and permanent hiring models within the IT domain.
