We’re seeking a Senior Manager/Director of Software Engineering with experience building Enterprise ML/AI-based Software-as-a-Service for Fortune 500 customers. This position is a hands-on role.

You are a natural technical leader of engineers, recognized in the industry and followed by peers. Dynamic, entrepreneurial, and customer-centric, you must also be technically capable of designing complex distributed systems with ML/AI components that are self-healing and scale seamlessly. 

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for a subset of modules and capabilities inour platform, from planning to design, implementation, testing, and support. You must understand product requirements for Office of the CFO software (including Accounts Payables and Receivables, Travel and Expenses, General Ledger, Financial Planning & Analysis). 

Qualifications

BS/MS in Computer Science with 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, building software, and managing teams, with a successful track record of shipping Enterprise Software-as-a-Service.

Advanced understanding of modern SDLC with the quality, security, and compliance requirements mandatory in Large Enterprise. 

Excellent project management skills with proven ability to successfully plan, coordinate, and deliver across concurrent priorities and projects at different stages on complex distributed applications, working with cross-functional teams for planning and implementation.

Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to translate business goals into functional requirements with complex technical topics and communicate to engineers, company leadership, and customers.

Experience with Node/React/Python and various data stores, including SQL and NoSQL.

Experience with enterprise software integrations (including Email systems, ERPs, cloud and on-premises business applications, SSO/IdPs, etc.)

Excellent understanding of building and running production applications with embedded ML/AI/LLM. Experience building, testing, and managing AI agentic workflows is highly desired.
