Field Officer Duties:
- Maintain and improve quality of customer service by managing and developing relationships with customers
- Provide assistance with insurance related matters, including claims handling, service, and policy questions
- Assist in business development by counseling customers on coverage options
- Solicit new business and maintain existing customer relationships
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Prepare correspondence and reports
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, customers, and vendors
Field Officer Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of field operations, including onsite installations, lifecycle support, and inventory control
- Develop standard procedures for collecting and recording field data, maintaining detailed records of all inventory and assets, and assuring delivery schedules are met
- Assist in strategic growth, business development, and monitoring market needs and trends for new products
- Develop, maintain, and update functional policies and procedures to ensure an efficient, safe, and cost effective operation
- Develop, implement, and maintain budgets
- Develop and maintain excellent relations with partners, vendors, and customers
- Oversee all project preparation, material preparation and installation, and jobsite safety
- Coordinate onsite installation activities with installation teams and subcontractors
- Oversee all field activities, from installation to end of lifecycle support
- Conduct and document quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction process, assuring working environment is maintained at acceptable levels
Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or a minimum of 10 years experience in sales, marketing, or field sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent management, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn
