Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive – Operations & Fund Accounting

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Basic Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  2. Education Qualification: Graduate / PG in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration
  3. Fluency in English: Speaking and drafting emails
  4. Investment Knowledge: Understanding of various investment products available in the market
  5. Stock Market Operations: Knowledge of Equity, F&O, trade order placement, etc.
  6. Client Onboarding: Experience with PMS & AIF clients, Demat account opening/closing documentation, CKYC / KRA, etc.
  7. AIF Units: Knowledge of dematerialization processes, corporate actions, etc.
  8. Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with SEBI / RBI compliances
  9. Fund Accounting: Understanding of fund accounting and related software will be an added advantage

Key Responsibility Areas:

  1. Respond/coordinate with clients for their queries/reports etc.
  2. Coordinate with RM across distributors for their requirements
  3. Maintain, manage, and keep custody of client agreements and other documents—closure forms, modification forms, etc., required for audit and record
  4. Coordinate for approval, printing, signing, and custody of distribution agreements
  5. Coordinate with custodian for clients’ various requirements
  6. Update client profile, redemptions, etc., and maintain MIS
  7. Maintain stock of stationery related to PMS/Demat account documentation—subscription kits, account opening forms, transaction slips, etc.
  8. Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS required by other departments and distributors
  9. Coordinate with RTA/Trustee/Professionals for filing various periodic compliance reports
  10. Coordinate with auditors for financial reports for AIF and PMS investors
  11. Send audited reports to clients after the financial year ends
  12. Other functions related to client and distributor support from time to time
