Job Responsibilities:

• Digital Strategy & Campaigns:
• Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies focused on demand generation and customer engagement.
• Identify and prioritize strategic opportunities to balance short-term wins with long-term growth.
• Campaign Management:
• Create, manage, and optimize new user acquisition campaigns.
• Conceive and execute engaging content campaigns across various digital channels.
• Social Media & Content Management:
• Oversee content creation and posting across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
• Manage and nurture online communities (including on Quora, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• SEO & SEM:
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
• Utilize SEM tools such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to enhance brand reach.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze key performance metrics to monitor revenue impact and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to the executive team.
• Continuous Learning:
• Stay up-to-date with emerging ad platforms and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Technical Skills:
• Expert understanding of digital marketing platforms and trends.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, and at least one leading tool for tracking user activity (SEO).
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google AdWords.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript; strong MS Excel skills.
• Analytical & Communication Skills:
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to work independently and within a team.
• Personal Attributes:
• Flexible, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Enthusiastic, hands-on, and comfortable with ambiguity.
