What we are looking for:

Role: Senior Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Salesforce Developer who will be designing, developing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure that solutions are delivered on time. You will also be responsible for providing technical support and documentation to ensure that solutions can be maintained and updated over time.

Location:Bangalore (On site)

Experience Required: 4-8 years

What you’ll do:

• Developing and implementing custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Lightning Components.
• Building integrations with other systems using REST APIs.
• Creating and maintaining Salesforce objects, workflows, validations, and customizations.
• Designing and implementing custom reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with Salesforce applications.
• Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions
• Participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Staying up to date with Salesforce releases and new features, and providing recommendations on how they can be utilized to improve business processes.
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
• Documenting technical designs, processes, and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge, proven experience, and skill with Apex, SOQL and SOSL
• Knowledge, proven experience, and skill with Async Apex
• Knowledge, proven experience on Apex Enterprise Patterns is a plus
• Knowledge, proven experience, and skill with Lightning Web Components
• Knowledge, proven experience, and skilled in REST APIs, Integrations
• Developing solutions with best practice front of mind
• Good Debugging skills on Apex and LWC
• Understanding of Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups and Sharing Settings
• Understanding of Reports and Dashboards
• Understanding of Process Automation tools
• Capable of Supporting the Salesforce Administrators
