We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B IT Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling audience acquisition and lead generation.

Audience Acquisition:
Inviting prospective attendees to promote our upcoming events and generate interest.
Follow up with leads from calls, emails, and other marketing campaigns.
Make attendees register for events and ensure all necessary information is collected.
Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns to drive attendance.
Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research and outbound calls.
Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
Develop a deep understanding of our IT products and services.
Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential clients.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
Qualify prospects by understanding client needs and budgets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Consistently exceed expectations with respect to given targets to ensure revenue objectives are met.
Qualifications:
Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduate in any field. A marketing, science, or technology background will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client’s requirements, especially in the IT/Tech domain.
