Job Overview


We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team at SPV TSAR LABCARE. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, meeting sales targets, and maintaining customer relationships. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of sales experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the laboratory equipment or related industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Proficiency in email marketing and other sales tools
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Generate new sales leads through networking and cold calling
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable laboratory equipment solutions
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
  • Prepare sales proposals and negotiate with customers to close deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Attend industry conferences and events to expand network and promote company products
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports
