We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated SEO Manager to lead and oversee all search engine optimization activities across various projects.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO strategies and tactics, including technical SEO, content optimization, link building,

and local search, with a proven ability to drive growth and improve rankings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve rankings, and enhance user experience across various platforms.
• Perform comprehensive keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and competitive analysis.
• Oversee technical SEO audits, collaborating with web developers to ensure that sites are optimized for both desktop and mobile.
• Manage link-building efforts, ensuring high-quality backlinks are obtained and maintained.
• Analyze and report on SEO performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, ensuring strategies are always current.
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and development teams to align SEO goals with business objectives.
• Monitor competitors and identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Manage local SEO efforts for location-based businesses, ensuring optimal visibility in local search results.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience as an SEO Senior Manager or similar role with a strong track record of driving organic growth.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and link building.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge, including site audits, mobile SEO, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and create detailed reports.
• Leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing junior SEO staff.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for cross-departmental collaboration and client interaction.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, or other web management systems.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as it pertains to SEO.
• Experience with local SEO strategies and knowledge of optimizing for Google My Business and location-based search.
• Ability to stay up-to-date with SEO trends and integrate them into actionable strategies.
