Key Responsibilities

• Design and Branding: Create visually compelling designs for both digital and print platforms, including brochures, social media assets, advertisements, and presentations.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with our brand identity and goals.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and ensuring quality.
• Innovative Ideas: Stay updated on design trends and contribute fresh ideas to maintain a modern and competitive brand presence.
• Technical Expertise: Prepare files for print, web, and other media, ensuring all designs meet industry standards and specifications.
• Feedback Integration: Accept and incorporate feedback to refine designs and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical expertise, and design versatility.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively and collaborate within a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
• Familiarity with web design and UI/UX principles.
• Knowledge of branding strategies and marketing trends.
