We are hiring Accounts/HR Assistant in our concern
Job Description;
Accounting:
· Maintain and reconcile financial records, including general ledger accounts and bank statements.
· Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and accounts payable/receivable.
· Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
· Prepare financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.
· Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or trends.
· Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings.
· Collaborate with auditors during financial audits.
· Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
HR Assistance:
· Assist and support to HR-related activities and projects.
· Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- GST: 1 year (Required)
