Job Overview

TRUSTEGIC is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Head (Mechanical). The Technical Head (Mechanical) will be responsible for overseeing and managing all technical aspects of our mechanical projects. This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles and a proven track record of leading successful projects. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the field of mechanical engineering
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Mechanical and other relevant software
• Experience in quality assurance planning and implementation
• Familiarity with gauge R&R and gauge drawing
• Knowledge of components of railway tracks
• Understanding of requirements from rail as per purchase orders
• Proficiency in Bill of Materials (BOM) management
• Experience in rail line cutting as per drawing
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers to ensure project deadlines are met
• Design and develop mechanical systems and components
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
