Service Engineer role for our Client Company. A reputed Equipment sales and service company based in Kolkata. Mid-Level role (3 to 6 years of experience) in Kolkata, West Bengal, India..

Qualification: Diploma or ITI in ME, EE, Automobile

Criteria:

• Product & Brand to be handled: Mobile Crane (Truck Mounted/ RT)
• Industry Background: Service Background in Backhoe Loader, Hydra Cranes, Tippers, Heavy Equipment, , Wheel Loaders Etc..

Skills:

● Knowledge of all Kind of Tools and working.

● Knowledge of hydraulics, and electrical circuit Diagram.

● Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

● Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites

Responsibilities:

• Timely and effective execution of existing AMC.

• Service Excellence- On time service delivery, minimization of Re-do jobs

and increase in customer satisfaction.

• Parts business generation through intensive customer coverage and

regular machine inspections.

• Regular and timely reporting to HO.

• Conduct repairs and parts replacements, adhering to manufacturer

guidelines and safety protocols.

• Maintain detailed records of service and maintenance activities,

including service reports, parts usage, and equipment history.
