Qualifications and Skills

• Knowledge of Gauge and Dye penetrant testing methods
• Understanding of metallurgical principles
• Ability to interpret dimensional drawings and specifications
• Experience in weld inspection
• Proficient in the use of gauges and measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform Gauge & Dye Penetrant Test on various components
• Conduct inspections on products to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Inspect welds, dimensional accuracy, and product specifications
• Identify and report any non-conformances or defects
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and testing
