Industry Background: Service Background in Backhoe Loader, Hydra Cranes, Tippers, Heavy Equipment, , Wheel Loaders Etc..

Production & Brand to be handled:

1. Palfinger Knuckle Boom Cranes & Aerial Platforms

2. JCB Access Eqpt. (Scissor Lift & Aerial Work Platform)

3. Manitou Telehandler / Skid Steer / Aerial Platform

Skills:

(✓) Should be well versed with service report writing, reading parts catalogue, preparing parts recommendations.

(✓) Should be willing to travel extensively at various sites.

(✓) Knowledge of all Kind of Tools and working.

(✓) Knowledge of hydraulic circuits and electrical circuit diagram.

(✓) Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

(✓) Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities:

✓ Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on Palfinger

Cranes and Manitou Telehandlers, JCB Access Equipments

✓ Conduct repairs and parts replacements, adhering to manufacturer

guidelines and safety protocols.

✓ Provide technical assistance and guidance to clients and operators to

maximize crane performance, including on-site support and remote

troubleshooting.

✓ Maintain detailed records of service and maintenance activities, including

service reports, parts usage, and equipment history.

✓ Build strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and

providing excellent customer service, and acting as a trusted advisor for

crane-related issues.
