Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Executive. As a Customer Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This is a Junior level position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This is a Full-Time position.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Achieve sales targets and meet monthly quotas
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to clients
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
