TruPoint IT & Consulting Pvt Ltd is an IT company in existence since July 2018. Currently specializing in complete Website Design & development, Digital Marketing, IT Services, Cloud Services, Outsourcing & Recruitment Services. The company believes in “slow and steady wins the race” which has attributed to our steady yet strong growth which remained unaffected during the pandemic & other testing times. We have strong business ties and existence not limited to India alone, but have our presence in the UAE, UK & USA as well.

For the recruitment portion of the business, we have tied up with a few well reputed licensed consultancies, giving us access to 65+ companies with over 200 job openings. At the moment recruitment is limited to BPO's & KPO's. We have strong intentions to stabilize and grow the business to encompass hiring for Lateral positions in the current industry and to expand to Bulk & Lateral hiring for IT, BFSI sectors & Overseas Recruitment soon.

Consultancy – Recruitment Leader / Manager

Ideal Candidate Requirements –

• Minimum 2-5 years Bulk Hiring Experience (Consultancy Experience Only).
• Team handling / managing experience of 5 to 20 HR Recruiters.
• Applicants should have Excellent English & Hindi Communication Skills (Verbal & Written),
• Applicants should be confident with Excellent Sales/Convincing Skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation skills, organization & time-management skills.
• Manage team performance and come up with solutions to deal with non-performing recruiters.
• Applicant should have a good pipeline of candidates ready to give interviews in BPO Sector.
• Ideal Applicant should have minimum of 5-10 consultancy experienced HR Recruiter Immediate joiners to join along with them.

Job Description –

➢ Bulk Hiring for Call Centers – International (Major focus) & Domestic Call Centers (Minor focus).

➢ Manage and maintaining team’s performance and quality.

➢ Updating current and designing new recruitment procedures for optimal performance.

➢ Onboarding new client companies for recruitment services, completing onboarding process with agreement sign up.

➢ Maintaining constant communication with tied-up client companies, taking feedback for service and ensuring they are content with recruitment services provided.

➢ Constantly monitoring internal teams performance, conducting weekly & months performance reviews with recruiters, dealing with bottom performers.

➢ Hiring of HR recruiters (Internal Hiring) to offset internal attrition.

➢ Reviewing and managing usage of portals, leads etc.

➢ Should have existing pipeline of candidates/joiners ready to interview or join in new companies.

➢ Should have existing and work on new referral channel to drive performance.

➢ Meeting and exceeding company (Internal & external) defined business targets and revenue.

Salary – From ₹25,000 - ₹55,000 Per Month In-Hand (Depending on Last Drawn Salary, Experience, Qualification & Interview salary will be negotiable) + Excellent Incentive Earning Ability.

Shift Timing -

Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 7:00pm (Work from Office only).

Saturday - 9:00am to 4:00pm (Work from Office only).

Sunday - Fixed off.

Candidate Requirement - Immediate Joiners only (Preferably Female), residing either in Navi-Mumbai, Thane, Chembur to Kurla.
