TruPoint IT & Consulting Pvt Ltd is an IT company in existence since July 2018. Currently specializing in complete Website Design & development, Digital Marketing, IT Services, Cloud Services, Outsourcing & Recruitment Services. The company believes in “slow and steady wins the race” which has attributed to our steady yet strong growth which remained unaffected during the pandemic & other testing times. We have strong business ties and existence not limited to India alone, but have our presence in the UAE, UK & USA as well.

For the recruitment portion of the business, we have tied up with a few well reputed licensed consultancies, giving us access to 65+ companies with over 200 job openings. At the moment recruitment is limited to BPO's & KPO's. We have strong intentions to stabilize and grow the business to encompass hiring for Lateral positions in the current industry and to expand to Bulk & Lateral hiring for IT, BFSI sectors & Overseas Recruitment soon.

We are currently looking for Immediate joiners who are confident, headstrong, flexible & adaptable individuals from Recruitment/Sales/Telesales sector for the position of HR Recruiter, Sr HR Recruiter, HR TL & Manager role.

HR Recruiter (Consultancy)

Ideal Candidate Requirements –

• Minimum 6 months - 2 years Bulk Hiring Experience (Consultancy Experience).
• Minimum 6 months - 2 years Sales or Collections Experience (BPO Sales/Collections Experience).
• HSC Freshers can apply, provided they are confident, possess sales skills & convincing skills.
• Applicants should have Excellent English & Hindi Communication Skills (Verbal & Written),
• Applicants should be confident with Excellent Sales/Convincing Skills.
• Good knowledge of sourcing through social media / referral channels.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation skills, organization & time-management skills
• Basic computer application knowledge.
• Attention to detail and good judgement.

Job Description –

• Bulk Hiring for International Call Centers.
• Filling positions within hiring organization.
• Developing own network of suitable candidates, through referrals & other sources.
• Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
• Interviewing / screening candidates & aligning to appropriate hiring company.
• Checking CVs for any inconsistencies
• Coaching Candidates on interview process, possible rounds & appropriate responses.
• Following up with Candidates; ensuring telephonic or walk-in rounds are completed & candidate joins company on scheduled date of joining.
• Staying in touch with the candidate until clawback period is completed.
• Meeting Weekly & Monthly Targets (Number of Joiners / Revenue Target).

Salary is negotiable for the right candidate with appropriate experience**

Salary – From ₹8,000 - ₹25,000 Per Month In-Hand (Depending on Last Drawn Salary, Experience, Qualification & Interview salary will be negotiable) + Excellent Incentive Earning Ability.

**Salary finalization (Experienced Recruiters) is subject to successful verification of previously drawn salary.

Shift Timing -

Candidate Requirement - Immediate Joiners only (Preferably Female), residing either in Navi-Mumbai, Thane, Chembur to Kurla.
