Skills Required:

• 2 years of experience in rejection handling (Sales is a plus)

• Should be able to handle 100 to 150 calls a day 

• Addressing inquiries and resolving issues 

• Quickly assess the situation.

• Maintain strong call-handling skills

• Deliver world-class customer experience 

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of any kind of Sales.

• Up-selling experience is a plus. 

•  Communication and Listening Skills. – Hindi Language (English is a Plus)
