We are a leading handbag brand, Diana Korr, and we’re looking for a multi-talented Operations Executive to join our team. If you’re great at managing orders, updating inventory, and coordinating across eCommerce platforms, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Order Confirmation & Processing: Handle order confirmations and ensure smooth order processing across eCommerce platforms and third-party channels.

Inventory Management: Keep inventory levels up-to-date, ensuring accurate stock records across all platforms.

Stock Updates: Regularly update in-stock and out-of-stock statuses across all channels to avoid discrepancies.

Data Management: Maintain and update stock sheets using Google Sheets daily, ensuring data accuracy.

Coordination with Third-Party Vendors: Collaborate with external partners to ensure timely product deliveries and stock updates.

Reporting: Prepare reports on order processing, stock levels, and shipments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

1-3 years of experience in eCommerce operations or a similar role.

Experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.

Strong skills in Google Sheets, Excel, and data management.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple third-party channels efficiently.
