 Generating business for the organization

 Call lead prospective that is generated by internal/external sources

 Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.

 Encourage customers to come for a property visit. Identify decision makers within targeted leads to

begin the sales process.

 Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates,

complete profile information, sources, etc.

 Attend periodic sales training where applicable. Appropriately communicate brand identity.
