Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Project Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will support our project management team, focusing on high-rise buildings and other civil engineering projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a civil engineering or project management role.
• Proven experience in managing high-rise building projects.
• Strong skills in project management including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Excellent time management abilities to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Competent in team leadership to guide, motivate, and manage project teams effectively.
• Proficiency in risk management to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Familiarity with necessary software and tools used in civil engineering and project management.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of civil engineering projects, particularly high-rise buildings.
• Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure project requirements are met on time.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Oversee project documentation and ensure all records are maintained accurately.
• Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
• Manage and resolve any issues that might arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and codes of practice.
