Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Jr. Project Engineer to join our team at True North Projects & Engineers in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time role that requires the candidate to possess essential engineering and project management skills to assist in managing various civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in project management, problem-solving, and effective communication.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure project alignment and success.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to senior management and clients as needed.
• Contribute to feasibility studies, strategy development, and the preparation of project proposals and plans.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, budget, and timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Support quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure project deliverables meet required standards and client expectations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to project activities, communications, and outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact the successful completion of projects.
