Job Overview
True North Projects & Engineers is seeking a Junior HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This full-time role focuses on managing the company's human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and the effective use of HRIS. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of work experience in a similar role and demonstrate a strong capability in employee relations, HR policies, and compliance.

- Experienced in developing and implementing HR policies to ensure legal compliance and efficiency.
- Ability to manage performance evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
- Skilled in organizing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Adept at ensuring company compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct recruitment activities from job posting, candidate sourcing, to interview and selection processes.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Maintain and update the HRIS database with accuracy to manage employee records efficiently.
- Support and enhance employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Assist the HR Manager in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions and programs.
- Organize workshops and seminars for employee skill enhancement and career progression.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and legal requirements to maintain ethical standards in HR practices.
