The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing critical aspects of billing, invoicing, and tax compliance, aligning with industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in billing entry processes and able to ensure accurate invoicing and record-keeping practices.
• Extensive knowledge of Tally ERP for effective financial data management and reporting.
• Solid understanding of TDS procedures to ensure compliance and accurate tax deductions at source.
• Experienced in managing goods and services tax (GST) calculations and filings for the organization.
• Skillful at daily invoice entry, ensuring timely and precise documentation of financial transactions.
• Ability to handle payment collection with professionalism and effectiveness, vital to our financial stability (Mandatory skill).
• Knowledge of sales processes, including order management and inventory oversight to support business growth.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy, ensuring the integrity of all financial data handled.
