Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive. As a Field Sales Executive, your primary objective will be to generate leads and build client relationships for residential and commercial properties in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time position for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of the local real estate market
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license

- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels
