Responsibilities:

·        Managing/solutioning AI projects with Power Platform tools like Power BI (Business Intelligence), Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent integrating with Microsoft SQL server, Python, Azure Data Bricks, Azure data factory, Azure Lake etc.

·        Managing Machine learning projects interacting with Sr Data Scientists and Architects.

·        Managing CICD process using Azure DevOps ensuring quality deliverables with fast solutions.

·        Should possess in-depth proficiency in USA Healthcare domain – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Finance and Operations Data Analytics, particularly with respect to Provider and Payor segment.

·        Should have strong Business acumen especially dealing with USA Healthcare customers.

·        Interacting with customers for designing the solutions and proposing new business opportunities in AI and Machine learning.

·        Work closely with C-level stakeholders, identifying and interpreting business needs and responding with BI solutions.

·        Lead end-to-end project delivery and teams aimed at identifying, analysing, developing, and implemented business intelligence metrics.

·        Gathering required data and performing data analysis to support business needs. Anticipate future and ongoing needs.

·        Ad hoc business reporting and analysis as needed.

·        Assuring the coordination and management across multiple business groups to source accurate, efficient, and relevant data.

·        Proactively identify business challenges and opportunities through data analysis, and work with business leaders to find strategic solutions.

·        Assist in the preparation of presentations to executives and department leads.

·        Ensure data integrity across all performance-based metrics and reporting.

·        Work cross-functionally with executives and high-level stakeholders to understand their problems and deliver data-driven solutions.

·        Ensure the accuracy and the integrity of the data by performing detailed data exploration and validation to identify trends, tendencies, and anomalies.

·        Proven ability to audit outcomes and structure processes to ensure data accuracy.

·        Develop, measure, and report on Key Performance Indicators for major company initiatives and departments.

·        Work with Dignity Health Sports Park leadership to develop and implement an analytics strategy to enhance fan experience and efficiency.

Requirements:

·        High degree of comfort working with C-level stakeholders.

·        Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field. Masters in management or technology from repute Institutes is an added advantage.  

·        Adapts and thrives in a demanding, start-up, fast-paced environment.

·        Proven record of accomplishment of compiling data in comprehensive reports, analysing trends and making fact-based recommendation.

·        Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

·        Solutions oriented with demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills.

·        Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.

·        Strong knowledge of BI reporting platform like Tableau, Power BI etc.

·        Ability to work independently, multitask, and drive your own project.

·        Experience building statistical models and running experiments.

·        Experience performing analysis with large datasets.

·        Develop support documentation and training for system users and administrators.

·        Overall, 20 plus years in IT industry with 5+ years in development of Business Intelligence Solutions.

·        Should be an effective team player, self-motivated, capable of building end-to end solutions and owning complete responsibility of delivering the solutions to and achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.

·        Should have worked extensively with Project and Program Managers and is well versed with these programs.
