Currently we are looking for a Product Manager - US Healthcare for a Technology Organization based out of Bangalore.

Objectives of this Role

• Owns the digital product, its digital journeys and the user experience
• Works closely with Product Management and translates market trends and feature level requirements into executable work for agile teams
• Collaborates with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
• Create the product vision and roadmap which accomplishes the goal of the vision.
• Manages the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
• Oversees all stages of product creation including design and development
• Develops user stories
• Monitors and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
• Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
• Develops positioning for the product.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the product lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple assignments
• Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources—including third-party vendors and researchers around for new product development

Skills and Qualifications

• BE/ BTech/ MTech with 8+ Years’ Experience in Product Management roles
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in the US healthcare sector on the Revenue cycle management domain, preferably in a senior product management, program management or product owner role.
• Good exposure on Claims & Risk Management, Adjudication, Basic EDI & ANSI X12.
• Knowledge of Claims data analysis.
• Azure / AWS product Development experience is highly preferred. Proven success working with all levels of management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
