·       Key Skills:

·       Simulation of Power Electronics circuits using MATLAB, Simplorer or other simulation tools

·       Knowledge of PCB components and it’s design. Selection of Topologies for DC/AC, DC/DC Converters

·       Selection of Power Electronics components e.g. IGBT, chokes, capacitors, current sensor, etc.

·       Technical Skills:

·       Power Electronics Engineer with good experience in design calculations, circuit design and simulation

·       Good experience for testing of Power Electronics products e.g. Drives, Inverters, Converters, Rectifiers, etc.

·       Analog/digital circuit design, circuit simulation, component selection, PCB Design, etc.

·       Job Role & Responsibilities:

·       Simulation of power electronics circuits using simulation software e.g. MATLAB/Simplorer.

·       Design calculations for power electronics products/components and power loss calculations.

·       Selection of topologies or components for DC/AC, DC/DC, converter, rectifiers and SMPS design.

·       Good knowledge about EMC requirements, EMC filter design and selection

·       PCB level components selection, analog/digital circuit design and circuit simulation.

·       Selection of filters e.g. Inductors and capacitors.

·       Testing of power electronics circuits/components e.g. IGBT, Chokes, Capacitors, PCBs, etc.

·       Good knowledge for preparation of engineering documents. e.g. all design documents, test specifications, test reports, design specifications, change management, design requisitions, etc.

·       Good communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills
