Work Profile:

Cost accounting managers must have strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Good hands-on MS. Excel and complete knowledge of Pharmaceutical Ingredients. We require individuals with at least five years’ experience and a bachelor’s /master’s degree in accounting or finance.

• Developing cost standards for materials and finished goods at site.
• Designing and implementing cost accounting systems
• Analysing production costs and recommending changes
• Handling the costing through software. Implementation of 100% costing through system.
• Overseeing annual physical inventory at various sites
• Hiring, training and supervising cost and inventory accounting staff.

Job Description:

·       Analyzing manufacturing operations, equipment availability and utilization

·       Closing the Executed Batches in the software and calculation of related costings.

·       Performing month-end cost accounting close

·       Maintaining cost accounting system and cost ledger

·       Performing life cycle cost-benefit analysis

·       Reconciling beginning raw materials, work-in-progress and finished-goods stock

·       Analyzing inventory valuations
