Responsibilities:

Associate Director Data Engineering are responsible for delivering high quality modern data solutions through collaboration with our team and our customers. Projects may range from short term client assessments through multiyear delivery engagements with large, blended teams.

 Requirements (as much as possible, not all is mandatory):

• Overall, 15-20 years, 5+ years of relevant experience working at a high level in Architecture or Data Science or combination.

·        Azure skills including provisioning, configuring, and developing solutions in ADF, ADW etc are mandatory.

• Hands on experience specifically working on SQL Server and other RDBMS platforms

• In-depth understanding of database structure principles, Data modelling, pipelining, preparing the data for the purpose of analytics.

• In-depth experience in writing complex SQL queries, Stored procedures, Views, Triggers, integrating different varieties of data from sources, real-time streamlining the data/creating replication

• In depth ability to work on Data Transformation, managing and maintaining the Data quality/data types during the data transfer and transformation stages.

• Azure skills preferred, but not mandatory, including provisioning, Configuring, and Developing solutions in Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Analysis Services, Azure Databricks, etc. Must be ready to pick up on these technologies, if not worked earlier.

• Distributed Data Processing of big data batch or streaming pipelines.

• Construction of data science and machine learning research and production pipelines.

• Problem-solving attitude

• Highly self‐motivated, self‐directed, and attentive to detail

• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.

• Attitude and aptitude are of high importance.

·        Should adhere to the security of Bloom Value.

Additional good to have technical skills:

• Azure SQL Data Warehouse

• Azure Data Factory

 • Azure Data Lake

• Azure Analysis Services

• Databricks/Spark

• Python or Scala (Python preferred)

• Power BI

• Database migration from legacy systems to new solutions

• Design conceptual, logical and physical data models using tools like ER Studio, Erwin

Additional skills:

·        Passion for the business of hospital transformation

·        Excellent written and verbal communication.

·        Good team player.

Qualification:

Bachelor of Engineering / Computer Science/ MCA / MS Comp Si + overall 15-20 years’ experience with 5+ MS SQL Data Engineering .
