Qualifications and Skills
- More than 14 years of marketing experience in a leadership role
- Expertise in strategic planning and market research in RETAIL Format
- Proven track record in brand management, Offline and online digital marketing
- Strong team leadership and mentoring skills
- Experience in budget management and campaign development
- Proficient in data analysis for marketing insights
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive business growth
- Previous selling or sales management experience highly preferred.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities and KPI
- Manage brand positioning and messaging to ensure a strong market presence
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives to expand online reach
- Lead and mentor a marketing team to achieve department goals
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and optimize campaign performance
- Utilize data analysis to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI
