Role and Responsibility : 1.A collector recovers overdue payments on accounts. Collectors track debtors down by phone or mail and assist them to make payments by negotiating repayment

2.As Tele-Collector you will perform collection activities, primarily via telephony, to negotiate and secure loan repayment commitments from delinquent customers in compliance with policies, procedures, code of conduct, and regulations.
