We're looking for a Software Architect to join our engineering team and play the critical role in driving the design and scalability of our AI-powered platform to meet the performance and security demands of large enterprise customers.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience designing and scaling high-performance, secure, and reliable systems, ideally within the MERN stack.
• Proven ability to architect complex solutions, from High-Level Design (HLD) to Low-Level Design (LLD), ensuring scalability and optimal performance.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a passion for driving engineering excellence and process optimization.
• Track record of working in fast-paced, agile environments and building systems that can scale efficiently.

What You Will Do

• Architect and design the core systems of the Enjo AI Agent platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for enterprise clients.
• Guide and mentor the team in best practices for architecture, design, and development, sharing knowledge on scalability and system optimization.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation, ensuring clarity for system implementation and long-term maintainability.
• Define optimal processes and strategies for scalable product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute as a technical leader in project initiatives.
• Support recruitment and help scale the engineering team as Troopr grows.
