Role Overview:

We are a small tightly knit team building world class software products used by companies like Spotify, Starbucks, Netflix and Snowflake. This is a full time remote position with the opportunity to work directly with the founders and make a direct and immediate impact on the productivity of 1000s of teams around the world.

As a Designer at Troopr, you'll be at the forefront of crafting exceptional user experiences with a particular focus on conversational chatbot solutions. Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities that are pivotal to our product's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand Troopr’s product, features, and user pain points
• Map and document all user workflows for complete clarity
• Conduct research to uncover user behaviors, pain points, and needs
• Organize product content for smooth and intuitive navigation
• Simplify complex workflows into seamless, user-friendly experiences
• Design high-quality wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Validate designs through regular user testing and apply improvements
• Build and maintain a scalable Figma design system to ensure UI consistency
• Build and maintain responsive marketing pages and prototypes in Webflow
• Collaborate with founders, PMs, and developers to align design with product and business goals
• Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation

Requirements:

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS product preferrably
• Proficient in Figma and webflow
• Worked on designing complex technical software products
