Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and market Bench Consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and USC) for contract and full-time positions.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to gather consultant availability and skillset details.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.
• Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), social networks, and vendor contacts for lead generation.
• Negotiate rates and terms with vendors/clients.
• Create and maintain a database of vendors and clients to ensure a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
• Provide timely updates and reports to management regarding placements and consultant progress.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in bench sales marketing.
• Strong knowledge of US staffing processes and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn for sourcing leads.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in [Specify Field, e.g., Business, IT, or HR].
• 2+ years of experience in Bench Sales Recruitment.
• Knowledge of visa classifications and immigration processes.
