CRS knowledge - Amadeus / Galileo
Good communication skills
We are seeking energetic, passionate and enthusiastic people for Ticketing department. Suitable candidates should have the expertise to perform ticket issuance , re issuance , cancellation, refunds , customer support via chat or call and resolve all client issues with exceptional customer service skills.
We are looking for candidates with good English written verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
