Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Housekeeper. As the Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and organization of our hotels, resorts, and restaurants under the management of Triptadka. Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of housekeeping best practices and industry standards.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using housekeeping software and tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of housekeeping departments across multiple locations.
- Ensure that all areas of the hotels, resorts, and restaurants are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Manage a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement housekeeping standards and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and control housekeeping expenses within budgetary guidelines.
- Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Implement and enforce Triptadka's brand standards and guidelines.
