Job Overview
We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Triptadka, a hospitality brand of Meravilla Solutions LLP. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Thane, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control
- Proficient in using restaurant management software and POS systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work long and irregular hours as required
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and leading the daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues or complaints
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising restaurant staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and achieve financial targets
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food
- Handle cash management, including handling transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Assist in conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to the staff
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the restaurant's performance
