Job Summary:
As a Team Leader in Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and managing a team of sales representatives. Your key duties include setting sales targets, monitoring team performance, providing coaching and training, and implementing strategies to increase revenue. You will also oversee daily sales operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and liaise with upper management to align sales goals with company objectives. Excellent leadership, communication, and sales skills are essential for success in this role.

KRA:
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's GIT sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and develop action plans to meet the projected sales targets.
- Develop and manage sales budgets to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the GIT segment.
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and value-added services.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and take corrective actions to address any shortfalls.
- Identify and acquire new clients by promoting GIT offerings through various channels.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the GIT sales team to achieve their individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service capabilities.
- Evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service quality and addressing any issues promptly.
- Maintain and enforce quality standards for GIT sales & operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
- Oversee accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting KPIs and insights.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest GIT products, services, and industry trends to provide clients with informed recommendations.
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand their offerings and develop strategies to differentiate the company’s GIT products.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of industry developments, sales techniques, and market dynamics.
- Encourage and support the professional development of team members through training and educational opportunities.
