As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Kals Enterprise, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR operations while working in a dynamic and supportive team environment. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential for effective communication with employees and management. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word, will be necessary for maintaining and organizing HR data and documents. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting with recruitment processes, such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and reviewing resumes.
2. Supporting HR operations by maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing reports.
3. Assisting with employee onboarding and orientation programs.
4. Participating in employee engagement initiatives and activities.
5. Assisting with performance management processes, including performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
6. Supporting HR projects and initiatives as needed.
7. Providing general administrative support to the HR team.
